A message dated May 28, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 30(FIN)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to performance reviews, audits, and termination                                                           
     of executive and legislative branch agencies, the University of                                                            
     Alaska, and the Alaska Court System; and providing for an
